Crossroad Cabins is located just miles from the community of Fort Kent. It is situated in a private wooded area, conveniently located in WMD 3 and just minutes from WMD 2. With prime moose and deer hunting grounds just minutes away, Crossroad Cabins is the prime destination to experience all Northern Maine has to offer.

We welcome all snowmobilers, hunters, fisherman, ATV Riders and recreational enthusiasts to the St. John Valley to experience our wonderful Northern Maine. We are located on ITS 85 providing convenient access to the beautiful community of Fort Kent and all it has to offer. 

ATV riders will find some of the best trails in the country including 18 miles of converted railroad beds.

Snowmobilers not only have access to sled rentals, but also guided snowmobile tours.

Bikers will find the off-road, rural road and converted railroad bed trails some of the most beautiful trails the county has to offer.

Hunters will enjoy the guide service provided by owner Kevin and several other registered Maine Guides for Moose Hunting. Beside moose, there are excellent deer, game bird, rabbit, and bear hunting grounds.

Fisherman will love the proximity to many lakes, rivers, and brooks in the area providing opportunities for ice and open water fishing.

Outdoor recreational enthusiasts have some amazing opportunities for down hill and cross country skiing at two of Fort Kents beautiful facilities, Lonesome Pine Trails and the 10th Mountain Ski Center.  These locations also provide excellent snow trails and rentals. 

Fort Kent is also home to the CAN-AM international sled dog race, which is a qualifier for the Iditarod.

And of course we can't forget the St. John Valley's breathtaking fall foliage!
